  • Alamat Lengkap ( Alamat / Kota / Kode Pos )
  • No Telepon
  • No Fax
  • No Handphone
  • alamat email
  • Jumlah Cabang
  • Jumlah PC / Komputer yang ada di Warnet / Game Center
  • Jumlah Lisensi / account VCP yang anda ingin ambil
  • Lama Kontrak ( 1 Tahun / 6 Bulan / 3 bulan ) * Pilih salah satu lama kontrak yang anda inginkan


* Anda bisa mendaftarkan atau melisensikan komputer anda minimal 10 account dari total yang ada di Warnet / Game Center anda, dan anda bisa menginstall semua PC anda dengan Lisensi ini tetapi perlu diingat hanya jumlah lisensi yang anda daftarkan saja yang bisa pakai jika sudah melampaui maka komputer selanjutnya tidak bisa menggunakan lisensi ini. berikut sebagai contoh :

Komputer yang ada di Warnet / Game Center : 40

Lisensi / Account yang anda ambil : 10

Komputer yang anda instal program VCP : 40

Ketika account anda masih terpakai 9 maka masih tersisa 1 account free dan bisa dipakai di PC mana saja, tetapi ketika account terpakai 10 dan ada pelanggan anda ingin memakai di salah 1 PC maka akan ditolak dikarenakan account anda sudah habis terpakai.
